INTRODUCTION TO FRAGRANCE

My self Tarique Ahmed, in this channel I Have Discussed about fragrance. Basically, through this channel I'm going to discuss about Agarbatti Compound. Fragrance are two types Based on their preparation/extraction from natural items or synthetic organic compounds.
In this forum , I will discuss, how to make Agarbatti Scented Compounds by using synthetic organic compounds i.e Phenyl Ethyl Alcohol, Benzaldehyde, Inone, Hydrotex, other Aldehyde and Ketones Groups.

Perfume:

• it is a mixture of fragrant essential oil and aroma compounds.
• the word "perfume" derives from the latin word "perfumare" meaning to "smoke through".
• Perfumary is the art of making perfume.
• the world first recorded chemist is considered a women named "Tapputi".
• In India perfume and perfumery existed in the "Indus civilization" (3300 BC - 1300 BC).
• One of the earliest distillation of Ittar was mentioned in the Hindu Ayurvedic Text "Charaka Samhita" and "Sushruta Samhita".
• In the 19th Century the Arab Chemist Al-Kindi (Al-Kindus) wrote the book of the chemistry of perfume and distillation. It Contains more than 100 recipes for fragrant oils.
• This book also described 107 methods and recipes for perfume making and perfume making equipment.
